Additional Points:
- Demat shares should be delivered only through the Early Pay-in of Shares mechanism, which is available in both the depositories. In addition to the other details, the Market Type “Buyback” and settlement No. 2017026 are to be used by Members/Custodians in the depository system.
- Members/Custodians are requested to refer to Notice No.20170203-29 dated February 03, 2017 and 20170210-23 dated February 10, 2017 regarding settlement as per Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange.
Early Pay-in for Offer to Buy – Acquisition Window (Buyback) for NLC India Ltd
Members/Cusodians are requested to take a note that early pay-in process will be as per revised guidelines issued by SEBI on December 09, 2016. Accordingly, in case of CDSL early pay-in will be required to be done by clients directly to the early pay-in account of the member/custodians and in case of NSDL early pay-in securities will be earmarked in clients account. Members are NOT required to upload any EPN file for the same. Custodians are required to upload EPN file before confirmation of bids.
Members/Custodians are also requested to refer to BSE Notice No.20170202-34 dated February 02, 2017 and 20170210-16 dated February 10, 2017 regarding Revised Guidelines of Mechanism for acquisition of shares through Stock Exchange pursuant to Tender-Offers under Buy-backs, Take over and Delisting for further details. Members/Custodians are also advised to refer the relevant details given in the scheme document by the Company in this respect.
